Key Responsibilities:

  4. Lead initiatives to prevent compliance, reputation, and financial risks through proactive measures and strategic planning.
  5. Nurture and maintain relationships with regulatory entities to foster cooperation and ensure seamless communication.
  6. Manage and oversee effective frameworks to prevent financial crimes and maintain a secure operational environment.

Required Expertise:

  1. Bachelor's / Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Accounting to provide a solid foundation in business fundamentals.
  2. Professional certification in Compliance of Finance Companies Sector to demonstrate mastery of regulatory aspects.
  3. Certificate(s) in Compliance and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) to showcase knowledge of industry benchmarks.

Desirable Experience:

  1. 7-10 years of experience in the compliance / AML sector within a financial institution to bring valuable insights and expertise.

  1. Salary: SAR 25,000 / month as a competitive package.
  2. Annual Leave: 35 days to ensure a healthy work-life balance.
  3. Working Days: 5 days / week (8 hours / day) to maintain high productivity levels.
