The Boutique Manager plays a crucial role in driving business growth, maintaining brand excellence, delivering exceptional client experiences, leading and developing talent, and managing operations. This position requires a unique blend of business acumen, leadership skills, and creative thinking.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement Business Plans
• Develop and implement business plans to achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Lead the team to meet assigned sales targets and objectives
• Motivate and coach sales consultants and specialists to enhance their selling skills - Sustain Brand Image
• Uphold the Dior brand values and competencies
• Ensure team members adhere to brand image guidelines
• Maintain confidentiality of Dior knowledge and activities - Enhance Client Satisfaction
• Deliver a world-class client experience exceeding brand expectations
• Increase client flow by developing customer loyalty programs
• Manage internal and external communication for events and sampling programs - Foster a Positive Work Environment
• Recruit high-caliber team members
• Provide product knowledge training to enhance cross-selling skills
• Conduct annual performance reviews and develop training plans - Ensure Operational Efficiency
• Staff the boutique to deliver the desired brand experience within agreed budgets
• Manage stock to minimize loss and maximize availability
• Ensure health and safety compliance in the boutique
Requirements
- Proficient user of MS Office
- Fluent in English
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Creative and innovative thinking with strong initiative
- Strong sales skills and ability to motivate a team
- Business Acumen: knows how businesses work; knows the competition; is aware of how strategies and tactics work in the marketplace
