    • Develop and implement business plans to achieve sales targets and KPIs
    • Lead the team to meet assigned sales targets and objectives

    • Uphold the Dior brand values and competencies
    • Ensure team members adhere to brand image guidelines
    • Maintain confidentiality of Dior knowledge and activities
  3. Enhance Client Satisfaction
    • Deliver a world-class client experience exceeding brand expectations
    • Increase client flow by developing customer loyalty programs
    • Manage internal and external communication for events and sampling programs
  4. Foster a Positive Work Environment
    • Recruit high-caliber team members
    • Provide product knowledge training to enhance cross-selling skills
    • Conduct annual performance reviews and develop training plans
  5. Ensure Operational Efficiency
