Bupa Arabia is seeking an experienced Patient Experience Specialist - Front Desk to join our team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors, ensuring seamless coordination between patients, medical staff, and other departments.
Patient Engagement and Customer Service
The key responsibilities of this role include greeting patients and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor, representing Bupa Arabia's values. This entails providing accurate information about services, policies, and processes, addressing patient inquiries and concerns, and escalating issues as necessary.
Administrative and Documentation Support
The ideal candidate will facilitate administrative tasks related to admissions, discharges, and transfers of patients, releasing information for continuation of care. They will also maintain patient files, ensuring all data entries comply with organizational policies, process cash, insurance, and credit invoices, and photocopy, scan, and organize documents required for patient services.
Operational Excellence
This role involves assisting in booking appointments and managing daily schedules, coordinating with medical staff to streamline outpatient services, and ensuring smooth operation of the front desk. The successful candidate will also play a support role for hospital staff, enabling coaching and training on CareConnect Protocol/services, while respecting government laws and organizational regulations.
