About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Leader/Project Manager to join our team in the north-central Alabama area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and directing the development of water and wastewater opportunities as a client-facing project director/manager in our seller-doer model.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and strengthen client relationships to become a trusted advisor to our clients.
  • Develop client engagement strategies and participate in task order development and interviews to win new projects.
  • Oversee the planning, design, and construction administration of projects to ensure quality services and deliverables within project schedules.
  • Serve as a senior technical resource on small to large-sized, multi-disciplined, municipal drinking water planning, program management, and delivery projects.
  • Support the development of junior and mid-level staff.
  • Develop scope and cost proposals for task orders and projects.
  • Deliver key financial performance, including growth.
Requirements
  • 15 years of experience in client/project management in the water/wastewater sector.
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering in Civil, Environmental, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • P.E. License and ability to acquire PE Licensure in Alabama within 6 months.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's in Civil, Environmental, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 5 years relevant sales and account management experience.
  • Client/Project Management experience on municipal water, wastewater, or stormwater projects of various sizes.
  • Strong experience and knowledge in drinking water, planning, and treatment.
