About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Al-Futtaim Group. As a key member of our sales operations team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing operational systems that enable seamless back-office services.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Operational Systems Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement operational systems that support sales planning and operations.
  2. Administrative Support: Provide proactive administrative support to the sales team, including dealerships and pop-up locations.
  3. Data Management: Analyze data and develop reports to support sales planning and operations.
  4. Sales Operations: Assist the sales team in sales planning, reporting, and day-to-day operations.
  5. Campaign Systems Setup: Set up and maintain campaign systems to support sales operations.
  6. Error Rectification: Rectify sales order errors and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  7. Lead Closure: Close leads and enquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  8. DMS Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot DMS issues and resolve problems quickly.
  9. CPOV Stock Upload: Upload CPOV stock data in a timely and accurate manner.
  10. Discount Maintenance: Maintain discounts and ensure accurate pricing.
  11. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including document management and day-to-day operations.
Requirements
  1. Market Awareness: Demonstrate market awareness and understanding of customer and competitor challenges.
  2. Coordination and Problem-Solving Skills: Possess good coordination and problem-solving skills.
  3. Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent communication skills, verbal, written, and presentational.
  4. Microsoft Office Skills: Demonstrate excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
  5. Team Player: Show evidence of being a team player and building cross-business support.
  6. Initiative and Results-Oriented: Demonstrate the ability to take initiative and achieve results on time.
  7. Positive Attitude: Display a confident and positive attitude with a 'Yes we can' approach.
About the Team

You will be reporting to the Operations Sales Manager and working in a busy Aftersales environment.

What Equips You for the Role
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Business Management.
  2. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in operations management and reporting practices and procedures.
  3. Computer Orientation: Possess computer orientation and experience in data reporting and SAP is a plus.
