Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team at El-Takamol in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring the electrical execution of work meets project objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Monitoring: Monitor progress and performance of construction contractors to achieve project objectives.
  2. Scope Management: Ensure the scope of work, procedures, and schedules are adhered to achieve project objectives with alignment with client needs and company abilities.
  3. Problem Resolution: Resolve problems in electrical drawings and respond to technical queries from contractors to deliver the project on scope within budget and time schedule.
  4. Contract Review: Review technical electrical contract documents and amend as needed, and conduct engineering reviews to give them to site engineers for implementation.
  5. Design Supervision: Identify and supervise design changes in drawings to ensure work sites execute with local and international standards.
  6. Problem Identification: Identify electrical drawing problems and report them to the Construction Manager and technical manager to solve them as per time schedule.
  7. Corrective Actions: Participate in contractor corrective actions and ensure resolution of nonconformities.
  8. Design Review: Review and recommend improvements to conceptual design and specifications.
  9. Site Supply: Site supply detailed drawings according to the course of business for the readiness of the site work required for the implementation of schemes accredited business without disruption.
  10. Target Coordination: Coordinate and prioritize targets and work with all project managers and technical managers of the office for a table of priorities commensurate with the work schedule.
  11. Additional Responsibilities: Perform other related duties as may be required by direct manager.
  12. HSE Compliance: Ensure all types of jobs follow HSE rules to ensure their safety during doing their roles as per attached General rules.
Requirements

We require a Senior level candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical design works. The candidate should be fluent in English and have a working knowledge of AUTOCAD, Primavera/MS Project, and other related software in Civil & Construction work.
