Key Responsibilities

Takamol Holding is seeking a highly motivated Commercial Strategy Lead to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, challenges, and opportunities in relevant industries.
  • Opportunity Identification & Development: Develop and implement strategies to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Etimad Platform Management: Manage the identification and tracking of tenders, evaluation of financial proposals, and coordination with the advisory team on technical proposals.
  • Proposal Development & Submission: Prepare and submit business proposals, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Revenue Growth & Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators to measure business growth, proposal success rates, and revenue contributions from secured contracts.

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of experience in business development and project management.
  • A strong understanding of government procurement processes, particularly in the Middle East.
  • Expertise in financial analysis, pricing models, and contract negotiations.
  • A proven track record of developing and executing business strategies to drive growth.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.
  • Leadership experience with a history of managing high-performing teams.
  • Outstanding analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
