We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Controller to join our team at Element Materials Technology. As a Credit Controller, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely collection of payments from customers and maintaining a healthy cash flow.
Key Responsibilities- Credit Control: You will be responsible for credit controlling designated ledgers of customers, ensuring that all payments are made in accordance with our collections policy.
- Customer Communication: You will communicate with customers to resolve any disputes or issues related to payments.
- Reporting and Analysis: You will provide regular reports and analysis to the business on late-paying accounts, highlighting areas for improvement and suggesting solutions.
- Collaboration: You will work closely with the business to identify and resolve any issues that may impact cash flow.
- Process Improvement: You will continuously look for ways to improve our credit control processes and procedures.
- Finance or Accounting Qualification: A finance or accounting qualification is advantageous but not essential.
