Takween Marketing Agency, a reputable digital marketing agency in the MENA region, seeks a talented Business Development Manager to join our team in Riyadh. In this full-time, on-site role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning, client relationship building, and sales strategy implementation.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborating with internal teams to align business development efforts with company goals.
- Preparing and delivering persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
- Attending industry events and networking activities to enhance business visibility.
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- +5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Solid understanding of marketing strategies and market research.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Excellent presentation and networking abilities.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
