The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a highly experienced Procurement Director who can lead our integrated teams throughout each phase of the project. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, engineering, or a related field. They will also have extensive experience in procurement, with at least 5 years in a senior role within the construction or infrastructure industry. Proven experience in managing procurement for large-scale projects is essential. Strong negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship management skills are required. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities are also necessary. Proficient in procurement software and tools is essential. A strong understanding of market dynamics and industry standards is also required. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for success in this role.
