This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing, coordinating, and managing all activities related to contract review and validation, as well as directing and operating the full contract lifecycle from drafting to negotiation and post-contract activities.

You will provide procurement/contracting awareness and guidance to non-procurement staff within the line of business and oversee post-contract activities such as extensions, terminations, amendments, change orders, and disputes.

We require a relevant degree qualification and professional membership. Your strong background in procuring, negotiation, and placing large and complex packages will enable you to navigate through complex procurement routes.
