Sales and Marketing Representative

As a Product Specialist - Immunology at Johnson & Johnson, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering innovative solutions that transform the lives of patients. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and maintain long-term engagements with customers and stakeholders, identifying short and long-term business opportunities according to our Business Unit strategy.
Your primary responsibilities will include full account mapping, understanding logistical processes, product listing processes, contracting, and account stakeholders' decision-making processes. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with Directors of Pharmacy, Senior Procurement Managers, Tender Managers, and Hospital Management.
To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are also essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
