AWS Data Center Maintenance Expert Job Summary

This role requires a skilled professional to oversee facility operations, ensure the implementation of safety procedures, and drive innovation while reducing operational costs in AWS data centers. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining world-class mechanical and electrical infrastructure, following a process-oriented approach.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Supervise contractors who perform servicing or preventive maintenance.
  2. Take daily operational readings of all mechanical and electrical equipment through routine rounds/log-taking (temperatures, voltages, currents, etc.).
  3. Work rotational shifts of 4 days of 12 hours shifts (2 days followed by 2 nights), and 4 days off (including night, weekends and holidays) / Respond to on-call rotation reaction to off-duty emergency calls.
