About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Procurement Manager to lead the sourcing, negotiation, and procurement activities for one of the most ambitious and high-value developments in the region.

This position is ideal for professionals who have worked on mega/giga projects, understand local and international procurement standards, and can manage high volumes of materials and services across multidisciplinary contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Procurement & Sourcing:
    • Develop and execute procurement strategies for construction materials, equipment, and subcontracted services.
    • Identify, evaluate, and prequalify suppliers and vendors aligned with project specifications and sustainability goals.
    • Lead the tendering, negotiation, and contracting process, ensuring optimal value and compliance.
    • Draft and manage RFQs, RFPs, purchase orders, and contract agreements.
    • Evaluate commercial offers and perform bid comparisons and risk assessments.
    • Monitor vendor performance, resolve disputes, and ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.
  • Coordination & Controls:
    • Work closely with engineering, planning, and cost control teams to align procurement activities with project timelines and budget forecasts.
