Process Improvement

You will work with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement, and develop and implement solutions to enhance vendor onboarding, recruitment, and management processes.

Requirements

  1. Experience

5-7 years of experience in sales, negotiation, account management, or management consulting, with a proven track record of success.

Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple manner. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with a wide range of people at all decision-making levels.

Education

Bachelor's degree in business administration or economics, with an MBA preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience in E-commerce or Retail

Extensive experience in e-commerce or retail, with a strong understanding of Amazon's platform and processes.

Language Skills

Fluent in Arabic, with English language skills preferred.
