Your Job Description
  • This role requires a highly skilled and experienced Facade Specialist to join our consultant team.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facade design and construction, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • The role involves collaborating with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate facade systems seamlessly into overall building designs.
  • The candidate will be responsible for reviewing and assessing facade design proposals, ensuring compliance with local building codes and standards.
  • Thorough inspections during construction will be conducted to verify that facade elements are installed correctly.
  • The candidate will address any design discrepancies or issues promptly to maintain quality.
  • Technical reports, documentation, and progress updates related to facade design and construction will be prepared by the candidate.
  • All contractor received documents during project execution (e.g. Shop drawings, material submittals, calculations, etc.) will be reviewed by the candidate.
  • The candidate will communicate effectively with project managers and other team members.
  • The candidate will stay informed about industry trends, materials, and innovative facade solutions.
  • The candidate will engage with clients to understand their requirements and expectations.
  • The candidate will provide technical guidance and recommendations based on best practices.
