At Sitech, LLC, we seek a highly skilled Finance and Administration Manager to lead our financial operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.

  1. Process and record all financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  2. Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, providing valuable insights for informed decision-making.
  3. Assist in the preparation and management of budgets, ensuring effective forecasting and cash flow management.
  4. Perform bank reconciliations and manage cash flow efficiently, minimizing discrepancies and delays.
  5. Evaluate and ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of integrity and accuracy.
  6. Participate in month-end and year-end closing processes, guaranteeing seamless transitions and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to improve financial processes, fostering a culture of transparency and accountability.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, with a strong foundation in financial principles and practices.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the construction industry, demonstrating expertise in financial management.
  3. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, with the ability to apply them effectively in a dynamic environment.
  5. Familiarity with the construction industry is a plus, providing valuable context and insight.
