We require a highly skilled Senior Manager - Mechanical to lead the development of our entertainment and leisure destination in Saudi Arabia. As the Senior Manager - Mechanical, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of wet infrastructure design, lift stations, storage tanks, pump stations, fire network, and MEP/FP for supported facilities, ensuring compliance with QIC guidelines, standards, specifications, and requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of wet infrastructure design, lift stations, storage tanks, pump stations, fire network, and MEP/FP for supported facilities, adhering to QIC guidelines, standards, specifications, and requirements.
  • Develop and manage the scope of work for design consultants and third-party reviewers, ensuring timely procurement and selection.
  • Manage consultant design scope of work contracts, monitor progress, and ensure schedule and budget compliance.
  • Oversee day-to-day on-site operations, providing technical, logistical, and administrative guidance to ensure seamless asset delivery.
  • Monitor contractors and sub-contractors' activities, ensuring successful completion of deliveries as per contract requirements.
  • Maintain knowledge of design drawings, specifications, general contracts, budgets, and time schedules.
  • Review and respond to design RFIs, commenting on change orders.
  • Lead periodic meetings with consultants and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Review weekly and monthly progress reports, presenting findings to project executives.
  • Coordinate quality assurance programs with QDC PMO to ensure delivery meets agreed quality standards.
  • Manage Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) programs in coordination with QDC PMO, ensuring workers' safety and HSE construction compliance.
  • Provide detailed risk registers, cost reports, schedule reports, and documentation to the Project Controls team for accurate project control.
