Key Responsibilities
Assist in the development and implementation of project plans

Requirements
Proven experience as an Assistant Project Manager or in a related role

Project Planning and Coordination

Create Schedules: Support the creation of detailed project schedules, timelines, and milestones to ensure project tasks are completed on time.
Organize Resources: Assist in coordinating resources (e.g., personnel, equipment, materials) required to complete the project.

Track Project Performance: Monitor the progress of the project by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and budget adherence. Ensure all team members are following the project schedule.
Report on Status: Provide regular updates to the Project Manager regarding project progress, including identifying any potential risks or delays that may affect the project's timeline.
Document Changes: Keep track of any changes in the project scope or timeline and update documentation accordingly. Ensure that changes are communicated to stakeholders.
Team Support and Communication
Liaise with Stakeholders: Communicate with team members, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and expectations.
Facilitate Meetings: Assist in organizing and facilitating meetings, including team meetings, client meetings, or vendor meetings. Take meeting notes and follow up on action items.
Conflict Resolution: Help manage conflicts and provide solutions to ensure smooth project operations. Ensure all parties are on the same page and work collaboratively.
Documentation and Reporting
Maintain Project Documentation: Assist in managing and maintaining all project documentation, including contracts, change orders, budgets, and schedules.
Prepare Reports: Prepare and submit reports for internal and external stakeholders on the project's status, progress, and any issues that arise.
Record Keeping: Ensure that all necessary paperwork and records related to the project are properly stored and accessible for audits or future reference.
Risk Management
Identify Risks: Support the Project Manager in identifying potential project risks (e.g., financial, timeline, resource-related) and work on strategies to mitigate them.
Implement Mitigation Plans: Assist in executing risk mitigation plans to prevent project delays or cost overruns.
Monitor Issues: Continuously monitor risks or issues that may arise during project and bring them to the attention of the Project Manager.
