Job Overview

The Business Development Manager (BDM) KSA will drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities cultivating strategic relationships and expanding the companys presence in the Saudi market. This role requires a blend of strategic planning sales and compliance management to align with local regulations and market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Design and implement sales strategies tailored to the Saudi market.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients partners and government entities.
  • Conduct market research to analyze trends customer needs and competitor activities.
  • Oversee the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure.

Market Expansion & Strategy

  • Develop gotomarket strategies for KSA focusing on highpotential industries.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create localized campaigns.
  • Represent the company at industry events trade shows and networking forums.

Relationship Management

  • Negotiate contracts pricing and terms with clients and partners.
  • Ensure longterm client satisfaction and loyalty through proactive engagement.
  • Foster partnerships with corporate clients distributors and government bodies.

Operational & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to KSAs legal regulatory and licensing requirements.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (finance legal HR) to streamline operations.
  • Prepare reports on sales performance market insights and business forecasts.

Key Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience: 510 years in business development or sales with a proven track record in KSA.
  • Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of Saudi market dynamics and key industries.
  • Regulatory Expertise: Familiarity with KSA government regulations and licensing processes.
  • Language: Proficiency in Arabic and English (written and verbal) preferred.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation communication and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Analytical mindset with problemsolving capabilities.
  • Selfdriven with the ability to operate independently.
  • Knowledge of Saudi Vision 2030 and its implications for target industries.
