Kafaat Business Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Client Success Strategist to lead our client relationships and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Client Acquisition and Retention:

    • IDentify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
    • Develop and execute account management strategies to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction.
  • Account Management and Strategy:

    • Manage and grow existing client accounts, developing strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences and drive business growth.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting:

    • Track and report on account performance, client satisfaction, and revenue growth.
    • Provide regular reports and insights to internal teams and senior management.
  • Problem Solving and Issue Resolution:

    • Act as the escalation point for client issues, ensuring quick resolution and customer satisfaction.
    • Develop proactive solutions to mitigate future challenges and strengthen the client relationship.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer success.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in performance analysis and reporting.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills with a customer-first approach.
