Business Partnership Manager

Kafaat Business Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Client Success Strategist to lead our client relationships and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:Client Acquisition and Retention:
- IDentify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Develop and execute account management strategies to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction.
Account Management and Strategy:
- Manage and grow existing client accounts, developing strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences and drive business growth.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Track and report on account performance, client satisfaction, and revenue growth.
- Provide regular reports and insights to internal teams and senior management.
Problem Solving and Issue Resolution:
- Act as the escalation point for client issues, ensuring quick resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Develop proactive solutions to mitigate future challenges and strengthen the client relationship.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer success.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in performance analysis and reporting.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills with a customer-first approach.
