Roles and responsibilities

Qiddiya Investment Company is on the lookout for a dynamic and results-oriented professional to join our team as a Senior Specialist - Partnership Outreach. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing partnerships that align with our strategic goals, enhancing our offerings, and fostering collaboration with key stakeholders in the entertainment and leisure sectors.

Responsibilities

Identify and source key contacts within prospective partner organizations
Prepare customized partnership discussion materials and proposals tailored to the needs and interests of potential partners
Manage the engagement process, including scheduling and facilitating meetings, presentations, and follow-up communications
Assist in negotiation processes, providing support and input to ensure mutually beneficial partnership agreements are reached
Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and insights for effective partnership outreach strategies
Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, communications, and partnership pipeline
Stay informed about industry trends to identify new partnership opportunities
Strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency in PowerPoint presentation creation (Photoshop a plus)
1. Identifying and Developing Partnerships
Research and identify potential business partners that align with the company's goals, values, and strategic objectives.
Develop strategies to approach, engage, and establish partnerships with organizations, influencers, or other stakeholders.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to spot partnership opportunities.
Assess the strategic value of potential partners and negotiate partnership terms that create long-term value for both parties.
2. Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners, ensuring that partnerships are mutually beneficial.
Act as the primary point of contact for existing partners, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
Foster collaboration and open communication channels between the company and its partners to ensure alignment and resolve any conflicts or challenges.
Regularly check in with partners to ensure satisfaction and address any needs or feedback.

Desired candidate profile

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
3-5 years of experience gained in partnership development or sales, preferably in motorsports
Proven track record of establishing and managing successful partnerships
Strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency in PowerPoint presentation creation (Photoshop a plus).
Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative attitude
Ability to analyze market trends and assess partnership opportunities
Fluency in both English and Arabic.
Partnership Implementation and Execution
Oversee the execution of partnership initiatives, ensuring that all parties are meeting agreed-upon deliverables and deadlines.
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations, customer service) to ensure that the partnership is successfully implemented and maintained.
Monitor the progress of partnerships and ensure that both sides are fulfilling their commitments.
