  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and obstacles to project success developing mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.
  • Quality Control & Compliance: Ensure that all work performed meets the highest quality standards and complies with regulatory requirements. Conduct inspections and audits to guarantee quality assurance.
  • Schedule Management: Develop monitor and update project timelines to ensure all project milestones are achieved within the allocated schedule.
  • Health & Safety Management: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices on site maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel.
     
  • Plan execute and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Ensure compliance with safety quality and regulatory standards.
  • Develop project plans schedules and budgets ensuring adherence to timelines.
  • Coordinate with architects engineers contractors and stakeholders.
  • Supervise onsite activities ensuring work aligns with project specifications.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and delays.
  • Manage procurement of materials and resources efficiently.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare reports for stakeholders.
  • Resolve site issues and conflicts proactively.
  • Ensure successful project completion within scope cost and schedule while maintaining highquality standards.

Qualifications :

Graduated with a bachelors degree in civil engineering.
