**Job Responsabilites**:

- Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of the company and its services, research Customers needs, and identify how our solutions can address those needs
- Generate leads and Initiate new customer and vendor relationships and expand existing work relationships between the company and the customers
- Develop customized selling strategies
- Create sales quotes and negotiate the contracts with the clients and close the deal
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily activity reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information
- Researching the target industry to discover prospecting opportunities
- Acquire targeted business clients by actively optimizing pipelines

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
- Min 2 years of B2B sales experience
- Preferably have an experience in Manpower solutions, Recruitment, Operation & Maintenance and Istigdam companies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Experience in negotiating and closing the deals
- Strong ability to analyze business opportunities effectively
- Ability to meet or surpass sales targets
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage own time
- Good in English Language is required
