**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Generation & Prospecting**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on generating leads and converting prospects into long-term clients.
- **Customer Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring their needs are met and that they receive excellent customer service.
- **Product Knowledge**: Gain a deep understanding of Al-Rasid Ltd.’s products and services to effectively present and demonstrate their benefits to potential clients.
- **Sales Presentations & Negotiations**: Conduct sales presentations, product demos, and negotiate terms with customers, ensuring deals are closed in line with company objectives.
- **Market Research**: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify sales opportunities and recommend strategies to improve market share.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company, contributing to revenue growth.
- **Reporting & Documentation**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in CRM systems.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and management to ensure alignment on sales strategies and campaign execution.
- **Customer Support**: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in [industry or related field].
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and work in a team environment.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for sales.
