**Job Description - Site Supervisor (Façade Construction)**

**Position**: Site Supervisor - Façade Construction
**Location**: Saudi Shura West, Red Sea
**Reports To**: Project Manager / Construction Manager

**Availability**: Locally available in KSA with GCC experience and with a valid transferable work visa.

**Job Summary**:
The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all on-site façade installation activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. This role involves managing a team of installers, coordinating with other trades, and ensuring timely project execution.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage façade installation activities, including curtain walls, unitized systems, cladding, glazing, and aluminum doors/windows.
- Ensure adherence to project schedules, coordinating with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Monitor site progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct site measurements and verify material requirements for smooth installation processes.
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations, conducting regular safety audits and toolbox talks.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on site progress, workforce deployment, and key milestones.
- Lead and train installation teams, ensuring high-quality workmanship and productivity.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders to address concerns and ensure satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 5+ years in façade installation, curtain wall systems, and aluminum/glass works.
- **Education**: Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- **Technical Skills**: Knowledge of façade systems, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project documentation.
- **Competencies**: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Worked on high-rise façade projects in GCC or international markets.
- Expertise in unitized and stick curtain wall systems, skylights, and balustrades.
- Ability to manage large teams and ensure high-quality, timely completion of projects.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ﷼1.00 per month
