We are seeking a **Sustainability Manager **to join our team in KSA for Ru’a Al Madina Project.

**Responsibilities**

**Leadership**
- Build and lead a motivated, engaged, and competent team, by setting priorities and objectives, managing performance, and providing ongoing feedback and coaching to meet the functional challenges and goals.

**Sustainability Management**
- Manage the process of obtaining the in-use green building rating system certification for several projects at different design stages simultaneously Develop an efficient way of facilitating the delivery of third-party sustainability rating system scopes on projects.
- Support design teams in populating the requirements with a clear understanding of sustainability rating tools requirements and communicate and disseminate this information to the relevant teams effectively and efficiently.
- Ensure the evidence provided are in compliance with the in-use green building rating system credit requirements.
- Support the development of energy models using IES to present daylight analyses, thermal comfort and energy requirements of new and existing developments for the in-use green building rating system compliance.
- Establish, monitor and report in accordance with RUA Policies, Governance Framework, and Sustainability procedures and other requirements.
- Ensuring that sustainability-related programs are developed & delivered, against agreed objectives, targets & KPI’s

**Policies, Systems, Processes, Procedures, Standards and Reports**
- Follow all relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions to ensure that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Prepare accurate and timely functional deliverables and reports to meet corporate and functional requirements, policies, and standards.

**Continuous Improvement**
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of the functional systems, processes, and practices considering ‘international best practice,’ improvement of business processes, cost reduction, and productivity improvement.

**What we’re looking for**
- Education: B.Sc. Architecture or Engineering
- Years of experience: 10+ Years
- Additional qualifications: LEED AP, Mostadam AP preferably
- KSA Experience: GCC required / KSA preferred.
- Role based in: Madinah, KSA
