We are looking for an Senior Cost Manager with a track record in management and delivery of cost management services to major commercial, residential and hospitality construction projects. This role will principally be responsible for the development and management of AESGs cost consultancy projects across Saudi Arabia.

- High level of technical expertise with experience in numerous complex and prestigious projects

**Essential Skills**:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying with post-graduate education preferred
- MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) preferred
- Minimum of 8 (eight) years experience across cost and commercial management
- Manage complex projects with multifaceted technical scope and stakeholder management both internally and externally
- Delivery of all pre-contract services on a range of commercial and resident projects
- Experience in managing PMC activities at a client / consultant level
- Development of cost management strategies
