**Job Title : Receptionist**
**Location**: ILF Consulting Engineers, Olaya Towers, Riyadh
**Position**: Full-time
**Gender Preference**: Female
**Nationality**: Saudi National
**Key Responsibilities**:
- ** Visitor Management**: Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Manage visitor check-in and ensure they are directed to the appropriate staff or meeting rooms.
- ** Booking Coordination**: Arrange and manage flight and hotel bookings for staff and visitors as needed. Ensure all travel arrangements are accurate and in line with company policies.
- ** Administrative Support**: Provide general administrative support including maintaining the reception area, managing office supplies, and performing basic clerical tasks as required.
- ** Scheduling**: Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and other events.
- ** Compliance**: Adhere to all company policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: High School Diploma or equivalent; additional relevant certifications or courses are a plus.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
- **Personal Traits**: Professional demeanor, reliability, and a positive attitude. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
