**Key Responsibilities**:
- ** Sales Leadership**: Own and manage the sales pipeline for your assigned territory. Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

- ** Collaboration**: Work closely with AWS Solution Architects, Marketing, and other teams to craft and present tailored solutions to prospects and customers.
- ** Account Management**: Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, and post-sale customer support.
- ** Reporting**: Provide regular updates to senior leadership regarding sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasting.
- ** Thought Leadership**: Represent AWS at industry events and engage with potential customers to evangelize AWS cloud technologies.
**Qualifications**:
- ** Experience**: 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in cloud sales or technology solutions.
- ** Proven Track Record**: A demonstrated history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas and objectives.
- ** Relationship Management**: Experience in building relationships with senior executives, IT leaders, and business stakeholders.
- ** Sales Methodology**: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and a structured sales process.
- ** Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- ** Education**: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
