Summary:
The Construction Manager is responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. This includes overseeing the work of all construction personnel, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The Construction Manager also has responsibility for safety, quality control, and the overall productivity of the construction team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Maintain a safe work environment and enforce all applicable safety regulations
- Monitor and control costs and ensure that projects stay on budget
- Communicate with the project team, clients, and other stakeholders on the status of projects
- Resolve any problems that arise during construction
- Train and develop construction personnel
- Maintain records of all construction activities

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in construction, with a focus on supervisory roles
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work long hours and in a variety of weather conditions
- Valid driver's license

**Salary**: ﷼12,000.00 - ﷼14,000.00 per month
