**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, organize, and oversee construction projects to ensure timely and efficient completion.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure all project requirements are met.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Monitor daily construction activities to ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies.
- Review and approve work plans, budgets, and construction documents.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
- Resolve any issues or delays that arise during construction.
- Lead and supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and laborers.
- Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure all necessary permits and legal documents are obtained and maintained.
- Implement and enforce safety regulations on-site.
- Manage procurement of materials and equipment.
- Participate in contract negotiations and manage vendor relationships.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical documents.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with construction management software and tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP).
- Experience with budgeting and cost control.
- Familiarity with quality control standards.
- Knowledge of sustainable building practices.
