**Key Responsibilities**:

- Capture and share daily content across all platforms.
- Develop and manage social media strategies for Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapcaht, etc
- Create and manage content (images, videos, and written posts) that reflects the brand and marketing goals.
- Track performance metrics and KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.
- Collaborate with marketing, PR, and the brand’s operation team to ensure content aligns with brand strategies.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages, building a community.
- Stay updated on social media trends and platform updates.
- Manage social media ad campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and analyzing results.
- Coordinate influencer partnerships and user-generated content initiatives.
- Handle crisis management by addressing negative comments to protect the brand’s reputation.
- Conduct competitor analysis to improve future content strategies.
- Manage and optimize delivery aggregator platforms to enhance visibility and ensure brand consistency.
- Come up with creative marketing campaigns and ideas to engage audiences and boost brand visibility.
- **Qualifications**:

- Must be Saudi national
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, audience engagement tactics, and emerging trends.
- Proven track record of growing social media accounts and increasing engagement.
- Experience with social media management tools.
- Excellent communication, writing, and creative thinking skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Basic knowledge of graphic design, video editing, and content creation tools like Canva or Adobe Suite is a plus.
