Parsons is seeking a highly skilled Senior Director - Development with a minimum of 25 years of experience proven track record of successfully managing and executing complex development projects, with a focus on creating iconic landmarks that redefine communities and set new standards for excellence.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Lead the strategic planning and execution of all aspects of real estate development projects, from inception to completion.
- Oversee site selection, due diligence, feasibility analysis, entitlements, design development, construction, leasing, and asset management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including landowners, investors, government agencies, contractors, architects, and consultants.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budgetary requirements.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive growth through the development of innovative and impactful projects.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability within the development team, promoting excellence and continuous improvement.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:

- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Architecture, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 25 years of progressive experience in real estate development, with a focus on high-profile, iconic projects.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale, mixed-use developments, including residential, commercial, hospitality, and/or cultural components.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious goals.
- Exceptional financial acumen, with the ability to analyze complex financial models and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build consensus and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated commitment to sustainability, innovation, and design excellence in real estate development.
- Professional certifications such as LEED AP, or PMP are a plus.
