**Job Summary**
We are looking for a Credit Underwriter to manage tenant and landlord contracts from start to finish. This role ensures that all leasing agreements meet legal standards and Rize’s internal credit policies.

**What will you be doing?**
- Prepare, review, and finalize tenant contracts and landlord contracts.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with Saudi leasing regulations.
- Be able to make contracts on Ejari platform submissions and resolve any related issues.
- Coordinate with Legal, Risk, and Credit teams to maintain complete, error-free records.
- Monitor contract turnaround times and escalate delays when needed.

**You're a perfect match if you have**
- 1+ years of related experience.
- Experience in legal real estate operations and strong knowledge of leasing practices.
- Hands-on experience using the **Ejari platform** is highly preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and tight deadlines.
