About the Position:

GSIC is looking for an experienced
Credit Manager
to oversee credit control, risk assessment and collections across our KSA operations. This role is critical to maintaining healthy cash flow, reducing overdue balances and ensuring customers meet agreed credit terms. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, solid understanding of credit risk and the ability to work closely with sales and finance teams to protect the company's financial position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and approve customer credit applications based on financial analysis, payment history and risk assessment.
  • Monitor customer credit limits, ageing reports and overdue accounts to ensure compliance with company credit policies.
  • Develop and implement credit control procedures to reduce DSO and improve overall cash flow.
  • Follow up with customers on outstanding payments and negotiate effective payment plans where necessary.
  • Work closely with the sales team to balance commercial needs with credit risk, ensuring sustainable business growth.
  • Prepare regular reports on credit exposure, collections performance and high-risk accounts for management review.
  • Recommend actions for delinquent accounts including holds, escalations or legal processes when required.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and ensure all credit documentation is complete and up to date.

Essential Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Credit Manager or Senior Credit Controller, ideally within the automotive, trucks or heavy equipment industry.
  • Strong knowledge of credit assessment, financial analysis and collections processes.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, finance and operations teams.
  • Familiarity with KSA financial regulations and credit practices is preferred.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
