JASARA PMC is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager - Infrastructure Delivery to drive the planning and execution of key infrastructure projects. In this role, you will be responsible for leading large-scale infrastructure initiatives that contribute to the development and enhancement of social infrastructure across Saudi Arabia.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the planning and implementation of infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans to guide objectives and milestones.
- Manage project resource allocation, budget, and schedules to ensure timelines and efficiency.
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies for mitigation throughout project life cycles.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to assess outcomes and inform future initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management, specializing in infrastructure delivery
- Proven track record in managing large-scale infrastructure projects from inception to completion
- Strong technical expertise in civil engineering and construction methodologies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Proven experience managing budgets and resource allocations in similar projects.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure project life cycles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Familiarity with relevant regulatory and compliance standards in infrastructure development.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills with a focus on mentorship.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred
- Experience in the Saudi Arabian infrastructure landscape is an advantage
