On behalf of one of our clients, we looking for a Sales Executive.

**Job Summary**

Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying, qualifying, and selling SMASCO’s services to new and existing clients within the beauty sector and onboard them as partners and suppliers for beauty services managed by SMASCO. Job holder will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with key accounts, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Aligned with the field sales plan, identify sales opportunities within the designated territory and strategic segments.
- Identify and contact prospects using diverse methods and tools (cold calling/visit, social media, events).
- Scheduling appointments with prospective clients to discuss products or services offered by the company
- Negotiating contracts with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction with each transaction
- Preparing proposals for new business opportunities or contracts with existing clients
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to increase future business opportunities
- Reviewing proposals from clients for possible problems or conflicts with company policies
- Solid understanding of the territory and customer’s needs within each segment.
- Understand future trends and use this knowledge to capture business opportunities with leads and existing customers.
- Challenge areas of improvement and suggest ideas to close gaps.
- Monitor and report all competitive activities and share it Category Manager.

**Requirements**:

- Education: a high school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in a Field Sales role / beauty sector
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook) required.
- Must have excellent presentation, communication (oral and written) and follow-up skills.
- Must be detail-oriented, strategic, agile and must also be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management and teamwork skills.
- Must be willing to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines with mínimal supervision.
- Understanding of Beauty Saloon services & trends.
- Willing and able to travel between cities in the kingdom.
- Driving license
- Bilingual
