**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Manage vendor qualification, selection, and performance evaluation.
- Handle tendering, bidding, and contract negotiation processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, Saudi regulations, and Aramco procurement standards.
- Coordinate with project management, engineering, and finance teams to fulfill project material requirements.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Prepare procurement reports, forecasts, and documentation for management review.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- **Saudi National (mandatory)**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- **Minimum 5 years of procurement experience** in both **local and international markets**, preferably in the **oil and gas** or **energy** sectors.
- **Ex-Aramco experience** (either as a direct employee or as a contractor/supplier) is **highly preferred**.
- Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, supply chain management, and ERP systems (SAP or Oracle).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Fluent in **English and Arabic** (written and spoken).
