**2. OVERALL JOB PURPOSE**:
**The role holder is responsible for executing the project risk and issue management, project financial management, business case development, project change management, project value realization activities in line with established policies and standard operating procedures. The responsibility also includes supporting the Manager: Business Enablement in owning and managing the key end-to-end processes that transcend across entire Ma’aden**

**3. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS**:
**Qualification**:
**1. Bachelor level degree in ICT or Business Management from an internationally recognized institution**

**Experience**:
**1. 4 - 6 years of experience in Business Enablement or other relevant ICT functional areas**
**2. Experience with large ERP systems such as Oracle**
**3. Experience in business process optimization in large organizations, preferably in the natural extraction business**

**Skills**:
**1. Strong personal computer and business solutions software skills (e.g. MS Office, MS Excel, MS Word)**
**2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with other Specialists, SVE partners, system integrators, Ma’aden employees and upper management**
**3. Good planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work**
**4. Good writing skills when dealing with colleagues within the ICT function, Ma’aden Employees, SVE partners and system integrators

**1. Identify and classify project related risk and vulnerabilities and assess the risk exposure**
**2. Contribute to the development / maintenance of the risk register by documenting newly identified risks in the risk register, removing mitigated risks etc.**
**3. Contribute to the development of appropriate risk mitigation options in consultation the Manager: Business Enablement**
**4. Collaborate with the Value Realization team to ensure that the cost-analysis of the risk mitigation options are carried out on a timely basis**
**5. Coordinate with the Manager: Business Enablement to help determine if the risk should be accepted or mitigated**
**6. Contribute to the development of a risk mitigation plan in consultation the Manager: Business Enablement**
**7. Collaborate with the respective Manager: SBU IT to ensure that the Project set-up activities are carried out on a timely basis, in case a project is required to mitigate the identified risk**
**8. Track the progress of the risk mitigation plan and report progress regularly to the Manager: Business Enablement and Director: SBU IT Management**
**9. Identify project related issues in coordination with the Manager: Business Enablement**
**10. Support the Manager: Business Enablement in assessing the impact of the issue, prioritizing the issue, identifying required actions and timings, assigning responsibilities, tracking resolution of the issues and informing relevant stakeholders of issue resolution Coordinate with the SBU IT Manager / Section Head and the System Integrator Partner to track and manage the project schedule**
**11. Perform the project valuation activities by assessing the required investments, ongoing costs and savings from the project in consultation with the Manager: Business Enablement**
**12. Perform the cost control activities for ICT by tracking all the incurred costs, comparing the actual cost against the budget to identify variances both during and post project implementation in consultation with the Manager: Business Enablement and communicating the results to the respective stakeholders**
**13. Execute the Project Change Management activities by receiving and reviewing the request, assessing the changes, obtaining necessary approvals on the project related changes and finally updating the project plan and other related documents in consultation with Manager: Business Enablement**
**14. Execute the Project Value Realization activities by gathering data to assess value for the business, measuring the value for business and assessing whether objectives in value realization plan has been achieved, reviewing the results of value assessment at project management meeting, reviewing existing metrics and reports to ensure alignment to the business objectives, developing ideas for improvement for metrics and reports, making proposed updates to metrics, reports, dashboards and scorecards and informing stakeholders about the changes in consultation with Manager: Business Enablement and Manager: SBU IT**
**15. Contribute to the preparation of Business Enablement related reports for the management, auditors
