This position requires a seasoned sales professional who can leverage their leadership experience to drive performance, mentor sales teams, and enhance customer relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide expert sales support to the sales team, helping them achieve targets and maintain client relationships.
- Engage with key clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Oversee the preparation of sales documentation, proposals, and presentations.
- Implement sales strategies and monitor performance metrics, providing analysis and recommendations for improvements.
- Foster collaboration between sales, marketing, and operations teams to streamline processes.
- Conduct training and mentorship for junior sales staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Stay updated with market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor's degree** in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- **5+ years of experience** in sales or sales support, with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
- Excellent **communication skills** in Arabic and English.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities to guide junior team members.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Participates in internal trials, food testing, and new product development
