**Job Summary**:
As a Solar PV Key Account Manager specializing in hotel and building management, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with key clients in the hospitality and building management sectors to promote and sell solar photovoltaic (PV) solutions. Your role involves understanding client needs, proposing tailored solar energy solutions, coordinating project implementation, and ensuring client satisfaction to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the hospitality and building management sectors, including hotel chains, property management companies, and commercial building owners.
- Understand client objectives, energy consumption patterns, and sustainability goals to propose customized solar PV solutions that meet their specific needs and requirements.
- **Business Development**:
- Identify new business opportunities within the hotel and building management industry, prospecting and qualifying potential clients, and generating leads through networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to expand market presence, increase sales volumes, and achieve revenue targets for solar PV solutions.
- **Consultative Selling**:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of client properties, energy consumption profiles, and feasibility studies to recommend optimal solar PV system designs, configurations, and financing options.
- Present proposals, business cases, and ROI analyses to key decision-makers, highlighting the benefits of solar energy in reducing operating costs, enhancing sustainability, and achieving energy efficiency goals.
- **Project Coordination**:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, project management, and installation teams, to coordinate project implementation, including system design, permitting, procurement, and installation.
- Ensure seamless execution of solar PV projects, adhering to project timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards, while addressing any technical or logístical challenges that may arise.
- **Contract Negotiation and Management**:
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and agreements with clients, ensuring alignment with company policies, profitability targets, and legal requirements.
- Review and finalize contracts, proposals, and purchase orders, and manage contract renewals, amendments, and extensions as needed.
- **Customer Satisfaction and Support**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and post-installation services to clients, ensuring satisfaction with solar PV systems and fostering long-term partnerships.
- **Market Intelligence and Trends**:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes related to solar energy, building management, and sustainability initiatives, and leverage insights to inform sales strategies and product offerings.
