Parsons KAFD is looking for an amazingly talented **Lead Specialist **to join our team

In this role, you will join a leading professional engineering, construction, and cost management team working on multiple projects in the King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD). KAFD is a master plan development positioned to become Riyadh’s new Central Business District that combines a mixture of world-class commercial offices, hotels, retail spaces, and contemporary residences in addition to smart city solutions that redefine urban living.

**What You'll Be Doing**:
Performs a variety of assignments, such as:

- Conducting architectural fit-out reviews and supervision
- Developing design concepts and design criteria
- Preparing related reports.
- Reviews CAD drawings, renderings, layouts, study models, and construction documents prepared by Architectural Designers.
- Ensures compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements.
- Writes construction specifications and prepares detailed requisitions for equipment and materials.
- Interfaces with suppliers as required.
- Coordinates work with engineering and construction units at the project site.
- Reviews, approves, and issues fit-out detailed design and construction drawings and specifications prepared by others.
- Provides the seal and signature of a professional architect when required by statute or contract.
- Provides technical guidance to architectural/engineering workers on the same project. Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as appropriate.

Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (or related field)
- 5+ years related hotel fit-out architecture/engineering experience or a broad general engineering background
- Licenses and Certifications
- Professional registration may also be required.
