**Purpose of the position**:
HR Coordinator is responsible to ensure that employees are paid on time.The duties include auditing and verifying timekeeping records, managing deductions and overtime and ensuring salary payments comply with the Saudi labor law.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Payroll process.
- Handling & Filing Employee Files.
- Timekeeping and employee attendance.
- Onboarding and HR induction for new joiners.
- MenaItech system administration.
- EOSB calculation and arrangements.
- HR & Finance Reporting (Housing loans / Tickets / Master list / INX).
- Working with the HR manager on the Budgeting and forecasting files and reports.

**Knowledge and experience required**:

- Saudi Nationality (as per Saudi labor law)
- Bachelor degree in Accounting or HR
- 2-3 years of experience in the same field
- Good knowledge and experience working with Excel and Microsoft office
- Fluent English and Arabic
