**Your Job**
Koch Engineered Solutions is looking for an HR Generalist to join the team. We seek a contribution-motivation minded HR professional to create superior value and support the HR team. **What You Will Do**
- Coordinate with line managers on time and attendance, payroll, leave tracking, management reports, compensation management, performance reviews, onboarding new employees, and separations.
- Partner with the supervisors to recruit temps. and permanent manufacturing roles.
- Work closely with the regional HR Team to ensure HR programs and strategies are aligned with KES global strategies and business objectives.
- Coordinate various governmental requirements, and portals and upload data in a timely manner.
- Ensure medical/life insurance and other benefits are appropriately administered.
- Lead CO-OP interns' programs with institutes and Universities based on business needs.
- Develop a positive employee relations environment, by answering questions, investigating complaints, and managing employee grievances to an appropriate conclusion.

**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- Success in a similar role in a complex international environment.
- Strong knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in both Arabic and English

**What Will Put You Ahead**
- HR experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Experience in recruiting within manufacturing operations
- Strong relationship-building skills and a thirst to learn about the business and the company's culture.
