**Equipment Availability and Reliability**
- Ensure equipment availability is achieved as per the targeted KPIs;
- Maintain the equipment in accordance with the planned maintenance program;
- Manage the crane section activities to support equipment reliability and availability;
- Plan the spare parts to ensure maximum availability of the equipment, follow up of parts requirements and requisitions for maintenance and crane workshop;
- Prepare timely management reports detailing equipment availability and usage, man hours worked and resources usage;
- Produce plans, drawings and proposals for improvements to maintenance resources and maintenance methods.

**Financial Responsibilities**
- Prepare annual technical budget for equipment and crane workshop;
- Provide input to specification for procurement of new equipment;
- Ensure economic, efficient and productive utilization of crane workshop facilities.

**People Development**
- Control manpower utilization, set and maintain performance criteria for maintenance staff;
- Evaluate and develop maintenance staff, to ensure that the necessary technical expertise and skills are available to maintain the DP World Jeddah equipment.

**Innovation**
- Promote innovation by improving equipment performance and safety.

**Health, Safety and Environment**

Ensure that maintenance team works in conformity to DP World Safety and Environment Policy, standards and procedures, provide input to incident reports and corrective actions.

**QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS**
- Related Work Experience Minimum 7 years preferable 12 years
- Education / Qualifications - Engineering Degree or equivalent preferable Master’s degree or equivalent
- Spoken / Written Languages - Advanced English
- Computer Skills
- Computer Literate Experienced in Drives, PLC, Office Applications, Maximo
- Safety & Environment
- Awareness of Safety and Environment Procedures preferable fully conversant with Safety and Environment Best Practices
- Financial Skills - Awareness of Financial principles preferable Fully conversant with Financial principals and reporting
