About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented BIM Coordinator to join our team on a high-profile Airport PMC project in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The BIM Coordinator will play a critical role in overseeing and managing the digital design process, ensuring effective implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) across all design and construction stages of the airport development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate BIM execution across all disciplines (Architectural, Structural, MEP, ICT, etc.) throughout the project lifecycle.- Support the development, implementation, and enforcement of the project-specific BIM Execution Plan (BEP) in line with client and PMC requirements.- Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and project teams to ensure BIM deliverables meet airport project standards, specifications, and timelines.- Conduct clash detection and coordination reviews using tools such as Navisworks, Revit, or similar software.- Support data integration, visualization, and reporting to support informed project decision-making.- Assist in model validation, quality control, and compliance with GACA, ICAO, and international BIM standards.- Review and manage BIM models and associated metadata for completeness, consistency, and accuracy.- Organize and lead BIM coordination meetings, workshops, and reviews with project stakeholders.- Monitor and report on BIM progress, ensuring deliverables are on schedule and aligned with contractual milestones.- Provide technical support and training to project team members on BIM processes and tools.- Maintain a centralized project model environment and ensure model updates are coordinated and documented.- Collaborate with the digital engineering and IT teams to manage model data integration with other project platforms (e.g., GIS, asset management).- Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the line manager or PMC leadership.

Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in BIM coordination, with at least 3-5 years on large-scale infrastructure or airport projects.- Experience working in a PMC or consultancy environment is highly preferred.- Strong understanding of BIM standards and protocols (e.g., ISO 19650, BS/PAS 1192).- Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, Civil 3D, and other BIM software tools.
