About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced
BIM Manager
with a minimum of
12 years of experience
in Building Information Modeling and project coordination within the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry. The ideal candidate will lead the implementation and management of BIM processes across all project stages — ensuring technical excellence, collaboration efficiency, and alignment with organizational and client objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage BIM strategy, workflows, and standards across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEP) for projects.
  • Oversee coordination of BIM models, clash detection, and design integration using platforms such as Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM tools.
  • Ensure BIM deliverables comply with project requirements, industry standards, and client expectations.
  • Mentor and train design and project teams on BIM methodologies and tools.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless digital collaboration.
  • Evaluate and implement emerging BIM technologies to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Manage BIM data for facilities management and lifecycle integration.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 12 years of experience
    , with at least 5 years in a BIM leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo, and other BIM-related software.
  • Strong understanding of international BIM standards (ISO 19650 or equivalent).
  • Experience managing large-scale or complex projects from design through construction.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
