**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement BIM strategies, standards, and processes in line with project requirements.
- Lead the BIM coordination process between various disciplines, ensuring seamless collaboration and data integration.
- Oversee the creation and management of BIM models, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify opportunities for BIM enhancements and innovations.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and developments in BIM technology and workflows.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and deliverables.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Min. 7 years of experience in BIM management and implementation in the construction industry.
- Proficient (and Certification) in Revit, Revit MEP, Plant3D, AutoCAD, Navisworks.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, standards, and modeling best practices.
- Experience with IFC, COBie, and other data standards related to BIM.
- Leadership experience with the ability to train and mentor team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented approach to project management.
