An excellent opportunity for F&B Managers to join this world class health, fitness & wellness facility offering bespoke products, and mirrored in their casual high-end restaurant with flavours from Eurasia & the Mediterranean.

For this F&B Manager tole we are looking at dynamic personalities, client focused with experiences in similar volume Lifestyle Restaurant concepts - preferably with a background in health & wellness across Europe, Canada, or the USA.

You will ideally have at least 5 years of experience as a F&B Manager/Restaurant GM or Restaurant Management in similar environments.

And up to date with both international trends; ability to identify, develop, & implement measures to improve the efficiencywhile mentoring your team & running a profitable business.

Must be fully P&L responsible and must be able to really push the business forwards.
